Who builds this
Club Term is designed, built and operated by Brad McAllister, a software developer who has been shipping commercial software since 2014. Brad trades as Real Code Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08919593, registered office 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE), ICO registration ZB939242.
There is no support ticket queue and no account manager layer. When you contact Club Term, you speak directly to the person who wrote the code — which is why pilot clubs get founder-led setup and free migration from their spreadsheets.
Why it exists
Independent academies and holiday-camp operators run on a fragile stack of spreadsheets, bank-transfer screenshots, printed registers and WhatsApp threads. The established club-management tools are either priced per student, built for leisure centres, or optimized for US payment rails. Club Term focuses on the unglamorous work that eats evenings: matching bank transfers to children, applying sibling discounts correctly, and keeping the register accurate.
What we are honest about
Club Term is a new product onboarding its first clubs. Features marked "planned" on this site are exactly that — planned, not hidden behind a waitlist trick. We would rather lose a signup to an honest answer than win one with a feature that does not exist yet.
