Club Term stores all your club data securely and surfaces it through the dashboard and the per-area screens (customers, sessions, invoices, and so on).

What Data Club Term Stores

All data is organized around your club account:

• Venues — your named courts, pitches, and sites
• Programs & Sessions — your schedule of training activities, capacities, and prices
• Customers & participants — contact details, linked logins, groups, and booking history
• Bookings — who is enrolled in which session and their status (booked, attended, late, waitlisted)
• Invoices & Payments — invoice records linked to bookings, with payments recorded against them
• Scoreboards — tournaments, matches, and player scores

The Dashboard

The club dashboard summarizes:

• Sessions scheduled, active programs, squads, participants, and coaches
• Bookings that consume session capacity
• Payments received this calendar month (in your club's default currency, UTC month boundaries)
• Outstanding invoices with their remaining balances

Monetary summaries use your club's default currency only — individual invoices and bookings always display the currency they were recorded in, and records in other currencies are excluded from the totals rather than silently converted.

Data Export

You can export participant and session records on request, and we will provide a full data export if you close your account. Self-serve CSV/PDF exports and financial reports (VAT summaries, revenue forecasting) are on the roadmap.

Security

Every table enforces row-level security, so one club's data is never readable by another account. See the Security page for hosting, sub-processors, and access-control details.
